Riverboat Jazz Fes­tival
Silkeborg, Denmark
Around 70 orchestras from Denmark and Europe give 150 concerts around the city and on boats cruising the beautiful Silkeborg-lakes. Silkeborg is a city in Jutland, which can easily be reached by train.

The largest North European music festival. A non-profit organisation. The profits are donated directly to humanitarian and cultural purposes.

Copenhagen Jazz Festival
Copenhagen, Denmark
The festival takes place both indoors in clubs and venues and not least outdoors where various scenic places such as parks and squares are transformed into jazz venues. This summer a floating stage will be moored at the quayside of the Copenhagen Harbour.

International Steam Festival
Vejle, Denmark
Every year at the International Steam Festival, the town of Vejle focuses on steam vessels in various guises: for passenger sailing, towing and ice breaking.

Aarhus International Jazz Festival
Aarhus, Denmark
Small and bigger jazz bands will play indoors in clubs and venues and outdoors on squares.
Aarhus is Denmark's second largest city.

HamletScenen Presents: Macbeth: Who is that bloodied man?
Kronborg Castle, Helsingør, Denmark 
A great Shakespeare-classic performed by the Polish ensemble Teatr Biuro Podrózy in the castle yard at Kronborg. Expect an action-packed adventure with motorcycles, witches on stilts, blood and magnificent music. Youth under the age of 25 get 50% discount!

HamletScenen Presents: Romeo and Juliet

This Shakespeare-classic is performed by the Lithuanian ensemble Okt/Vilnius City Theatre in the castle yard at Kronborg. A fascinating drama with two pizzeria-families in the center of the famous lovestory. Expect blood, passion and lots of flour. Youth under the age of 25 get 50% discount!

European Medieval Festival
Horsens, Denmark
More than 100.000 musicians, knights, pilgrims, monks and visitors participate. Tournaments with knights from different countries, shows and parades. For two days the entire city is transformed into a village from the 15th century. Horsens is a city in Jutland, which can easily be reached by train.

European Beer Festival
Copenhagen, Denmark
The festival will take place in some of the - by then - cleared premises of the old Carlsberg breweries as the company will be moving its industrial beer production to Jutland. During the festival you will have the opportunity to visit some of the special Carlsberg premises such as the beer cellars and the horse stables, and during the week leading up to the festival, a number of beer related activities can be experienced in Copenhagen.
