The Eurail.Com B.V. headquarters are located in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Our fulfilment centers where the rail passes are printed and distributed, are operating from the U.S.A. and Ireland. Our order support call centers are located in the U.S.A. and the Netherlands.
The Eurail products are managed by the Eurail Group G.I.E., a cooperation between 30 European railway and shipping lines. The Eurail passes have existed since 1959, so Eurail celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2009.
Eurail.Com has been appointed by the Eurail Group G.I.E. as a Eurail general sales agent and is authorized to act as an intermediary between travelers and the European railway companies that are members of the Eurail Group G.I.E by means of selling Eurail passes.

The Eurail Group G.I.E.
The Eurail Group is owned by a number of train- and ship operating companies, referred to as the Eurail members. In addition to the members, other travel related companies offer special prices or discounts to Eurail travellers. Such companies are referred to as bonus partners.
The Eurail Group G.I.E. offers Eurail passes via authorized sales agents outside of Europe and through its own channel, Eurail.Com. The Eurail products (Eurail Global Passes, Eurail Select Passes, Eurail Regional Passes and Eurail One Country Passes) are train passes for a number of countries (chosen) valid for travel during a chosen time of validity in those countries.
