Can I speed up the delivery time?
It's not possible to ship your reservations faster than the estimated delivery date. This date is calculated by our system, based on the shipping country selected during the payment process.
If there's not enough time to have your order shipped to your home, we can deliver your reservations to your accommodation in Europe. Just make sure you enter both your name and the hotel's name in the shipping address, and let the hotel staff know you're expecting a package so they can accept it on your behalf. Someone must be available to sign for receipt of the package.
If there's no way to get your tickets delivered anywhere in time, we advise you to not finalize payment. You should make new reservations directly at a train station in Europe. It's not possible to reserve tickets with us and pick them up at a train station.
