Our Company: about Eurail.Com

Eurail.Com is a fast growing eCommerce company which sells Eurail and InterRail train passes online and provides first class service to its customers. Our ambition is to convince the planet - and beyond- that visiting Europe with our Rail Passes is the best way to see Europe. The Eurail.Com headquarters are located in Utrecht, the Netherlands.

Our fulfilment centres where the Rail Passes are printed and distributed, are operating from the USA and Ireland. Our after sales customer service call centres are located in the USA and the Netherlands.

The Eurail products are managed by the Eurail Group, a cooperation between 30 European Railways and shipping lines. The Eurail Passes have existed since 1959, so Eurail celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2009.

The Eurail Group G.I.E.

The Eurail Group is owned by a number of train- and ship operating companies, referred to as the Eurail members. In addition to the members, other travel related companies offer special prices or discounts to Eurail travellers. Such companies are referred to as bonus partners.

The Eurail Group G.I.E. offers Eurail Passes via authorized sales agents outside of Europe and through its own channel, Eurail.Com. The Eurail products (Eurail Global Passes, Eurail Select Passes, Eurail Regional Passes and Eurail One Country Passes) are train passes for a number of countries (chosen) valid for travel during a chosen time of validity in those countries.
