Why can I not pick Netherlands, Belgium or Luxembourg when buying a Select Pass?

Netherlands (Holland), Belgium and Luxembourg are combined as 'Benelux' for the Select Pass.

This means you will receive 3 countries for the price of 1!

If you wish to travel in Belgium, Netherlands or Luxembourg, you can select 'BeNeLux' when ordering your Pass.
