How can I check the status of the shipment of my Eurail Pass order?

Have you selected Expresse Shipping or International Delivery? Then you can follow the status of your Eurail Pass shipment with online track & trace.

You receive an email when your package is shipped. This mail contains a tracking number and a link to the courier that delivers your package. On the website of the courier you can find the exact status of the order by entering your tracking number.

Please note: all deliveries will take place during business hours.

Track & trace is not possible for packages sent with free Regular Mail.
