How can I check the status of my Eurail.Com order?

You can check the current status of your order in your Eurail.Com account*. Your order confirmation mail contains the login details for your account.

In your personal account, go to Shipping information to see the order status. These are the most common order statuses:

  • Order received
  • Payment accepted
  • Pass printed
  • Order shipped (a tracking number is displayed for Standard or Premium shipping)
  • Order refunded (in case you applied for a refund)

A status has been completed when you see this symbol: Order Status ok.
Otherwise you will see the indication 'pending' and the expected date.

* only applies to customers who placed an order after March 11, 2010.

Shipping confirmation
You will also receive an email confirmation when your Eurail package is shipped. This mail contains a tracking number and a link to the courier that delivers your package. On the website of the courier company you can enter your tracking number to check the shipping status of your order.
Track & trace is not possible for packages sent with free Economy shipping.
