Do you have questions on how you can order a Eurail Pass? Please contact our customer service by email. Please describe your question or problem and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you have questions about orders you already made? Please contact our customer service centre by email or telephone. You can find the contact details for your region on the invoice or in the confirmation mail that you received from us. 
Please always mention your order number (something like EU12345678) in your communication.
