When do I receive my order?

You can find the expected delivery date on the invoice attached to your payment confirmation email. The delivery date is also stated in the confirmation email that we send when your package is shipped.

You will receive three confirmation e-mails:

1. A confirmation of your InterRail order.
2. A confirmation that your payment is accepted.
3. A confirmation that your order is shipped.

When you selected Expresse shipping, you can follow the delivery status through online track & trace. The link to the courier and your tracking number can be found in the shipping confirmation email.

The delivery time depends on your country of residence and the shipping method you choose.
With our shipping calculator you can see the expected delivery date and the exact shipping costs to your country.

Orders with the shipping option Mail or Expresse Standard, will be sent 4 weeks before you start your trip. If you order less than 4 weeks in advance, your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible. Orders with the shipping option Expresse Fast, will always be fulfilled as soon as possible.

We only send Eurail Passes by registered mail, so the chance that your package gets lost is minimal. Someone has to sign for the receipt of the package during business hours. Please note that shipping to a PO Box is not possible.

If your Pass doesn’t arrive in time, please email or call our customer contact centre. You can find the contact details for your region in your confirmation mail. Please always state your order number (e.g. EU12345678) in your communication. Also check if no mistakes were made in your shipping address.
