When will I receive my refund?

You will receive your money back on average within 4 weeks after we receive your refund request. The exact date depends strongly on the creditcards and banks that are involved.

Contact our customer service for instructions on how to return your Eurail Pass, together with the refund application form that we will send to you. 

After we received your Eurail Pass back, we will refund 85% of your order amount as soon as possible. See also the Eurail.Com Booking Terms.
