When do I receive my refund?

It is possible to get a 85% refund for an unused and unvalidated Eurail  Pass. See the FAQ How can I return a Pass and get a refund?.

Contact our customer service for instructions on how to return your Pass with the refund application form that you receive from us. As soon as possible after we received your Eurail Pass back, we will refund 85% of your order amount.

Please note that it can take several weeks before the banks have transfered the money to your account! The exact period depends strongly on the creditcards and banks that are involved.
