When will I receive my souvenir?

The souvenirs are handled by Eurail.Com's parent company, the Eurail Group G.I.E. To inquire about the status of your souvenir, you can send an email to souvenir@eurail.nl.

You will get a free Eurail souvenir after returning the Travel Report that comes with your Eurail Pass.

Please note that it can take up to 3 months for your souvenir to arrive. The customer service of Eurail.Com can not answer questions about the souvenir.
