If your Eurail Pass has not been printed yet, you can still change the names of the travelers in your Eurail.Com account.
If your Eurail Pass has been printed already, you will have to exchange your Pass for a new one. Please contact our customer service and mention your order number and the correct name(s). You will receive info about how to return your Pass, you will receive a new Pass with the correct name(s). In this case an administrative fee of 15 euro per Pass or the equivalent of 15 euro in local currency will apply.
Please note: the name and passport number of the traveler(s) are printed on the Eurail Pass, therefore it can only be used by the person(s) mentioned on the Pass.
