Eurail Pass Selection
- Decide which Eurail Pass you would like to purchase (Global, Select, Regional or One Country)
- Choose Youth (<26), Adult (>25) or Saver (2 or more adults)
- Select a currency: US Dollar, Australian Dollar or Euro
- On a Pass page, click Buy Pass! to enter our secure Shopping Cart
Order Steps
Step 1: Pass and Shipping
- Check if you selected the correct Eurail Pass
- If desired, add more travelers or Passes
- Select a shipping method: the costs and delivery date are displayed
- Select the language of your Eurail Traveler's Guide
- Click Next Step to continue
Step 2: Personal details
- Enter the shipping address where you want to receive your signed delivery during business hours.
- Enter your billing address (if this is different from your shipping address)
- Fill in the name(s) and country of the traveler(s), this will be printed on the Eurail Pass
- Click Next Step to continue
Step 3: Confirmation
- Review the products in your shopping cart and your personal details
- Click Edit if you want to change any options
- Read the Terms and Conditions and click Confirm to continue
Step 4: Online Payment
- Select your preferred payment method (Visa, American Express, JCB, MasterCard)
- Click Next Step.
- Enter your creditcard details (holder's name, card,number, expiry date, card verification code)
- Click Confirm Payment
- On the next screen, you will see a confirmation with your order number and invoice
Confirmation Mails
We sent out three confirmation mails to our customers:
- Mail 1: order confirmation. This email contains your order number, which you can use for all future communication with Eurail.com.
- Mail 2: payment confirmation, once your payment is accepted. If you don't receive this payment confirmation within two days, please contact our customer service.
- Mail 3: shipping confirmation, sent when we ship your package. If you selected Expresse shipping (urgent delivery or regular speed) or International delivery, it contains a tracking number to trace the status of the delivery online. Free Mail does not include online track & trace.
Can't you find the confirmation messages? Please check your folder with unwanted or 'spam' e-mails. The e-mail of Eurail.com may have been accidentally caught by your 'spam filter'. In case you did not receive emails from us and you are unsure about the status of your order, please contact our customer service.
