About your order confirmation

We sent out three confirmation e-mails to our customers:

  • E-mail 1: order confirmation.
    This e-mail is sent immediately after ordering. It contains your order number, which you can use for all future communication with Eurail.Com.
  • E-mail 2: payment confirmation
    This e-mail is sent once your payment has been accepted by the credit card company. If you don't receive this payment confirmation within two days, please contact our customer service.
  • E-mail 3: shipping confirmation
    This e-mail is sent once your package has been shipped. If you selected Standard or Premium shipping, it contains a tracking number to trace the status of the delivery online. Free Economoy shipping does not include online track & trace.

Can't you find the confirmation messages? Please check your folder with unwanted or 'spam' e-mails. The e-mail of Eurail.Com may have been accidentally caught by your 'spam filter'. In case you did not receive emails from us or if you are unsure about the status of your order, please contact our customer service.
