How to order

Order safe and fast online and get your pass(es) delivered safely to your door. FREE shipping is available to 12 countries, including the U.S.A, Canada and Australia. Buy your pass up to 6 months in advance of your trip.

Follow these simple steps:
 

1. Choose your Eurail pass
   • Global Pass, Select Pass, Regional Pass or One Country Pass. If you need help to choose a pass, read about the options to find the best pass.
   • Child, youth, adult or senior pass.
   • 1^st or 2^nd class (the class available varies depending on the pass type).
   • Pass validity (length of your trip and number of travel days, if applicable).
2. Add the pass(es) to the shopping cart
3. Go to the checkout
   • Choose your pass preference.
   • Select your desired shipping method. We offer FREE Economy Shipping to 12 countries. Use the shipping calculator to see expected shipping date and delivery costs (if applicable).
   • Pass Loss & Theft Coverage of your pass is automatically selected (deselect the box if you don't want to protect your pass).
   • Enter shipping and billing details (if different to shipping address).
   • Enter all traveler details and the start date of your pass.
4. Review and confirm your order
5. Pay for your order
   • Make your payment using one of our secure payment methods.
6. Check your confirmations
   • Order confirmation – directly after you’ve ordered. In this email you’ll find the login details of your account. In your account you can check the order status and make changes to your personal details.
   • Payment confirmation – when payment has been accepted.
   • Shipping confirmation – once we've shipped your order. If you chose Standard Shipping or Premium Shipping you'll also receive a tracking number.
