Travel between Paris and London with Eurostar trains
Eurostar offers special prices for Eurail passholders on the route:

Booking information
Eurail pass holders pay £58 for a single or £100 for a return ticket. It is not possible to book the Eurail-discounted fares online.

Ferries
Set sail for Ireland with Irish Ferries
Ferry between France and IrelandEurail pass holders get a 30% discount on ferry crossings between France and Ireland on the routes:
- Roscoff – Rosslare (Ireland) (May to September)
- Cherbourg – Rosslare (Ireland) (February to December)
Booking information
To claim the discount, please make your booking at the Irish Ferries website and pay in full first. Then, e-mail your booking reference number and your Eurail pass number to the company. The relevant discount will be applied to your booking and the discount will be refunded to your credit card. Please send the e-mail to Irish Ferries at least 5 days before your outbound travel date. You may be asked to show your Eurail pass when you check in for the sailing.

Conditions
- The discount is valid on foot passenger fares on the ferry routes if your Eurail pass is valid in either the country of departure OR the country of arrival.
- No daily sailings, reservation is compulsory.
- Cabin accommodation is available at an extra charge.
Roscoff has it’s own train station and can be reached from Paris in about 5 hours. From Roscoff’s train station it’s a 20-minute walk to the passenger terminal.
Cherbourg can be reached by train. From there you can take a taxi (€8,- to €10,-) or walk (30 minutes) to the passenger terminal.
Buses
Travel with the French national railway's bus service
Eurail pass holders can travel for free with the French national railway’s bus service on the routes:
- Digne – St Auban
- Digne – Veynes
- Oloro – Canfranc (Spain)
Booking information
The best place to enquire about bus services is at local tourist offices or at a train station. In large towns and cities, buses run to and from bus stations (gare d’autobus/routière) usually located next to train stations. In rural areas, bus services are often operated by the SNCF and run between local towns and the train station. An SNCF bus, on which rail tickets and passes are valid, is shown as an autocar in timetables.

Seine river, ParisEurail pass holders receive a 50% discount on sightseeing tours operated by Bateaux Parisiens.
