Eurail benefits in Sweden
If your Eurail pass is valid in Sweden, you can get great deals, cheap ferry crossings to Germany, Finland and Denmark, or free bus travel.
You can obtain benefits locally by showing your Eurail pass, or you can contact the specific benefit company in advance. The discount benefits only apply during the validity of your pass. Free passage on trains, buses or ferries is only valid on travel days.

Check the Tallink Silja website for the dates of the low and high seasons as these can vary depending on the route.
Ferries with destination Riga depart from Stockholm Frihamnen. Buses can take you from Stockholm Central station to the terminal. The buses depart from the City Terminal. Visit the Tallink Silja lines website for other options.

Viking Line operates a shuttle bus service between the Viking Terminal and Slussen-Cityterminal.
Reservations can only be made on the Finnlines website (booking code: RAIL) or by calling +49 45 028 0543 or +46 771 340 940. You need to show your Eurail pass at check-in. It's not possible to purchase a discounted ticket at the counter.

Take bus 35 from Malmö City Centre. Get off at the bus stop Aspögatan and switch to bus 34 (destination North harbour). From the bus stop Hemsögatan it's an approx. 1 kilometer walk to Lappögatan. A taxi from Malmö Central Station to Lappögatan costs approximately SEK 150.
