Eurostar is a high-speed train connecting Great Britain to Continental Europe. The Eurostar travels via the Channel Tunnel that runs 31 miles (50 km) along the English Channel. This unique train will take you from London to Paris in 2 hours and from London to Brussels in 2 hours and 15 minutes. The Eurostar also travels direct to Calais, Lille and Disneyland Paris (Marne-la-Vallée) as well as offering seasonal services to southern France in summer and the French Alps in winter.

Eurostar operate almost hourly departures with regular direct routes to and from central London to the heart of Paris (France) and Brussels (Belgium).

Eurostar services also connect with many TGV and Thalys services to transport you to many cities across France and the Benelux. The Eurostar offers the following routes:

Reservation: mandatory

When a reservation is mandatory you must reserve a seat in advance. It's not possible to board the train without this reservation.

Reservations on the Eurostar are mandatory and they can be made up to 12 weeks in advance. Please keep in mind that this train is not included in your Eurail pass. However, Eurail pass holders with a pass valid in France or the Benelux can take advantage of a discount called the 'pass holder fare’.

Please note that sometimes a regular ticket might be more cost effective than the pass holder fare. For this reason, we recommend that you compare prices.

You can purchase the 'pass holder fare’ Eurostar ticket in the following ways:

  • Directly from the Eurostar terminals.
