Anyone can sign
Eurail pass orders are delivered using registered mail. For this reason someone must be available to sign for receipt of the package. Anyone can sign for the delivery including a family member, neighbor or hotel receptionist.
Delivery to European addresses
We deliver worldwide, including anywhere in Europe – this includes hotels and hostels. The reception desk can sign for the package and deliver it to your room.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes or any other unattended delivery box.
