Can I change the name on my pass?

Sometimes your travel companions change after you’ve made an order. If your Eurail pass has not yet been fulfilled, you can simply change the names of the travelers in your Eurail.com account.

If your Eurail pass has already been printed, you will have to exchange your pass for a another one with the new name.

Please contact our customer service team and mention your order number and the correct name(s). You will receive information about how to return your pass. Once we have received it we can send you a new pass with the revised details. In this case, an administrative fee of €15 per pass will apply.

The name(s) of the traveler(s) are printed on the Eurail pass, therefore it can only be used by the person(s) stated on the pass. If any changes occur, you must report these to Eurail.com.
