Can I change the name on my pass?

Sometimes you notice an error in the spelling of your name. Or your travel companions change after you've placed your order. If this is the case, you will have to exchange your Eurail pass for another one with the correct name(s) on it.

To exchange your unused pass, please follow the steps below:

  • Place a new order on and make sure you enter the correct name(s).

  • Contact our order support team for the return instructions, and mention the order numbers of your initial order and that of your replacement order (both starting with EU). 

  • Once we receive your unused pass, a 100% refund will be applied, minus an exchange fee of 15 euros per pass.
