Can I return my pass for a refund?

If your plans change and you can no longer go on your European rail trip, you're entitled to an 85% refund as per our booking terms, provided that your pass is still unused and it has not been activated.

Contact our order support team for instructions on how to return your Eurail pass (bought from Eurail.com) and apply for a refund. You can apply for a refund within one year after the Eurail pass was issued. When applying for a refund please don't forget to include your ordernumber.

It usually takes up to 4 weeks to process a refund. The exact date depends very much on the bank and/or credit card company involved. You can check the status of a refund in your Eurail.com account.

Refunds should always be requested from the agency or website where you purchased the pass. That means we can only refund passes that were bought from Eurail.com. A Eurail.com ordernumber always starts with EU.
