Each year thousands of our customers return their travel reports. This information helps us to improve the Eurail product.
Claiming your gift
Simply detach, fold and seal the travel report and then mail it. No stamp required. Your gift can take up to three months to arrive. Only available to Eurail Global Pass holders.
The gift is handled by Eurail.Com's parent company, the Eurail Group G.I.E. therefore our Customer Service team does not have information regarding the status of your free gift. For inquiries about your gift, please email: souvenir@eurail.nl.
