Eurail would like to welcome the newest member country, Slovakia to the Eurail Global Pass and the introduction of the Eurail Slovakia Pass from January 1, 2012!
From January 1, you'll be able to explore this Eastern European country by rail. Use your Eurail pass to travel with
trains in Slovakia.

Global Pass now includes Slovakia
With the addition of Slovakia, the Global Pass gives you unlimited train travel across the rail networks of 23 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.

Other changes for 2012
- The Eurail Portugal Pass will be available not only for 2nd travel but also in 1st class for those that like a bit of luxury along the way.
- The Eurail Benelux Pass will be available with 3 travel days within 1 month. This is ideal for making a long weekend within the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg, or taking it much slower if you have the time!
- The Benelux-France (Regional) Pass will no longer be available with 4 travel days within 1 month.
- The Traveler’s Guide that you receive free with your pass order will now be called the Pass Guide. It contains everything you need to know about using your pass, as well detailed information about the extra pass benefits that you’re entitled to during your trip.
