You can find the expected delivery date on the invoice attached to your payment confirmation email. The delivery date is also stated in the confirmation email that we send when your package is shipped.
You will receive three confirmation e-mails:
- A confirmation of your order.
- A confirmation when your payment is accepted.
- A confirmation when your order is shipped.
When you selected Standard or Premium shipping, you can follow the delivery status through online Track & Trace. The link to the courier and your tracking number can be found in the shipping confirmation email.
In your Eurail.Com account you can check the status of your order.
