The Toscana Mare night train operates between Vienna (Wien), Austria and Livorno, Italy. This train takes you straight to Livorno's ferry port in about 12 hours.
From the port you can hop on a discounted ferry to Barcelona, Spain or continue your journey along Italy's spectacular coastline.
Eurail pass holders
With a Eurail pass valid in both Austria and Italy, you pay a discounted fare for a sleeping accommodation in a sleeper, couchette or a reclining seat. Reservations are compulsory.

- 4-Berth couchette: €39

The train departs at 19:25 and arrives in Vienna at 08:55 the next morning. Trains run on these days:
- Every Saturday, March 31 – September 29.
- Extra departures on: April 2, April 8, April 17, May 28, June 7 and October 27.
