Can the reservation tickets be emailed to me?
E-ticket reservations are only available for domestic day trains within Spain and Italy, and for day trains between Italy and Switzerland. E-tickets are attached to a confirmation email sent to you from the Italian railway company Trenitalia or the Spanish railway company Renfe. Please make sure to check your spam folder!
All other reservation tickets are only available as paper documents, which we send to you by registered mail. It is not possible to print the tickets yourself or to have them mailed to you.
