Can I change information in my order after payment?

No, this is not possible. Once you have paid for your order, it will be fulfilled immediately in order to assure the fastest shipping possible. This procedure is fully automated, which means that the information printed on the pass will be exactly the same as you have filled it in during the order process. Therefore, please be extra careful with the information you provide!

After payment, if you wish to change or amend information on the pass, you will need to exchange the pass for a new one. In such as case, the exchange procedure applies as explained in our Booking Terms.
