Should I receive a confirmation of my order?
You will receive 3 confirmation emails after you've ordered your Eurail Pass: an order, payment and shipping confirmation.
These are the 3 confirmations you will receive after placing your order:
Sent immediately after ordering. It contains relevant contact information, your Eurail.com login details, and your order number (necessary for future correspondence with Eurail.Com).
Sent once your payment has been authorized.
Sent once your package has been shipped. If you selected Premium or Standard Shipping, you'll receive a Track & Trace number to check the status of the delivery online (not available with Economy Shipping).
If you haven't received your confirmation emails, first check your ’spam’ and ‘junk’ email folders. If you don't receive the order confirmation straight after ordering or if your payment confirmation isn't received within 2 days of making payment, please contact our customer service team at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Provide us with as much information as you can about your order, including the date and time of ordering, your name, address, and the Eurail Pass you ordered.
Check the shipping status of your order in your Eurail.com account.
