I get a missing information error in the checkout, what do I do?
If you see the error ''We're missing some information for your order. Please go back to the Traveler Details section of your checkout, and add it'', it may be caused by multiple tabs of our website being open at the same time.
To fix this, you should delete all items in your cart and close all open tabs. Next, open our website in one tab, add the Passes you wish to purchase in your cart and proceed to check-out. This way you'll be able to complete your purchase.
