My reservation tickets haven’t arrived. What should I do?

Once you have made your payment, you will receive a Track & Trace number for the delivery in the Reservations Service portal. You can use this number to track the delivery of your reservations.

If the package hasn't arrived by the estimated date of arrival, you can contact us via the Reservations Service portal - see the section marked Contact.

If you ordered e-ticket reservations, you'll receive them by e-mail from the Italian railways (Trenitalia) or the Spanish railways (Renfe). Please make sure to check your spam folder!
