What is the delivery status of my Pass/reservations?
Your shipping confirmation includes a Track & Trace code, which you can use to follow your delivery. We advise you to keep an eye on this. If something appears to be wrong with your shipment, it's best to contact the shipper directly.
Please remember that someone has to sign for the shipment. This doesn't have to be you, but can be anyone available at your shipping address.
Reservations for Italian or Spanish trains will be emailed to you 1 business day after payment. These e-tickets are sent directly by the railway companies, so they may have ended up in your spam folder.
