What is the status of my Reservations order?
If your order has the status Submitted or Waiting for Shipping, this means our team is already working on your reservation. You’ll receive an email to let you know once your order has been processed. If your order contains e-tickets, they will be sent to you in a separate email.
It can take up to 3 business days for your order to process. Please keep in mind that Saturday and Sunday don’t count as business days. National holidays in Europe can also cause delays.
If you make a reservation on a Monday, your reservation should be processed by Thursday.
If you make a reservation with us on a Thursday, but the following Monday is a national holiday, the weekend and the holiday could delay the processing of your reservation until Wednesday.
