Why can't I log in to the Reservation Service?

We're currently having issues with the login of our Reservation Service. We apologise for the inconvenience. Always try to log in with the same email address you used to purchase your Eurail Pass. If you are unable to log in, please try the following work-around:

  • Remove your browser cookies and clear the cache

  • Close the browser

  • Open a new browser and go back to the Reservation Service

  • Reset your password by clicking the link "I have forgotten my password"

  • Log in to the Reservation Service

It's possible that your itinerary is no longer there after you log in. This means you'll need to start over. If you keep encountering issues with our Reservation Service, please make your reservations in another way.
