Can I change my passport or ID number after activation?
No, for security reasons you cannot change your passport or ID number after your Pass has been activated.
If you lose your passport or ID card, please get in touch with Eurail customer service as soon as possible. If your Pass has not been activated yet, you can still change your passport or ID number during the third step of the activation.
Change of currency
You cannot change the currency once you have a Pass in your cart. Remove the Pass, and then change the currency on the website header.
