You cannot miss the Old Town Square when walking through the old center of Prague! Amongst the square's beautiful buildings you will find the Astronomical Clock Tower, the Old Town Hall and the (towers of the) Týn Church.

Visit in December and you will discover a festive treat as the square is filled with the stalls, treats and lights of one of Prague's largest Christmas markets.

The Charles Bridge, or Karlův Most, is the most famous bridge in Prague that stands over the Vltava. It is often lively, filled with musicians, artists and tourists, so make sure to wake up early if you want to see it empty!

The bridge is great for its views and to cross to the other side of the city. However, for the best views you should cross another bridge or climb a viewpoint, like Letna Hill, so that you can see Charles Bridge with the scenery laid out behind it.

Since the 1980's, the John Lennon Wall has been decorated with colorful art and quotes inspired by the Beatles. People add more graffiti every day, so you never know what you might see.

It is easily one of the most popular Instagram spots in the city, so you will probably need some patience to get that perfect picture. Find an image or quote you like and go for it!

Seeing Prague from above is an absolute must! There are a number of viewpoints to choose from, but Petrín Park has a great position for views of both Prague Castle and the old city center across the Vltava. Plus, you can choose to reach the top by taking a funicular! 

Want to go even higher? You can climb the 299 steps of Petrín Tower to get the perfect bird's-eye view! The tower, which is loosely based on the Eiffel Tower, is 63.5 meters tall.
