Eurail Aid Offices
In case you need assistance with your Eurail Pass once you're in Europe, you can visit an international ticket office that's listed as a Eurail aid office. These offices are located at major train stations, and their staff will be able to help you with any Eurail related questions. If there is no aid office listed for the country where you travel, you can visit the international ticket window at larger stations. Unfortunately you can't reach the aid offices by phone.
